Chuck has practiced law in Indiana since 1992. Although experienced in a number of areas, his current practice is focused on consumer bankruptcy and business legal services. He is a graduate of IU School of Law – Indianapolis, the University of Notre Dame, and Roncalli High School. He has practiced with small and large firms, and for 7 years as corporate counsel for a large publicly traded company based in Indiana. He has served three years as Chairman of the Corporate Counsel section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
Chuck is committed to offering his clients top quality legal service in a relaxed and approachable environment. His goal is to remove the anxiety and stress that sometimes accompanies the lawyer relationship, especially in intensely personal transactions such as bankruptcy. -

An experienced lawyer, R.J. Schoettle has been practicing in the estate planning and administration areas for the last sixteen years. In 2007 he was certified as an Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board, one of approximately 100 Indiana attorneys who currently hold that designation. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Estate Planning and Administration Section), the Indiana State Bar Association (Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section and Taxation Section), and the Johnson County Bar Association.
In 1987, R.J. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, majoring in History with minors in Political Science and the Classics. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, and is admitted to practice in Indiana. R.J. and his wife of 22 years have been members of St. Jude Catholic Church since August of 2009. Prior to that they were members of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, and R.J. still retains ties with that parish also. They are often seen attending various events of their three active children. R.J. is a member of the Board of Directors of Roncalli High School, sits on the Facility Committee and Policy and Planning Committee for Roncalli, and is also actively involved in St. Jude Church and School.
